This Privacy Policy applies to the desktop application Thai for Beginners – Learn Thai Assistant (hereinafter referred to as “the App”), a free Thai language learning software focused on Thai alphabet, pronunciation and spelling practice.

The core principle of our App: We do NOT collect, store, transmit or share any personal information of end-users in any form.

2. No Account & No User Registration Required

The App requires no registration, no account creation, no login operation. Users can open and use all built-in learning functions directly without submitting any name, email address, phone number or identity information. No user account data is generated or saved throughout usage.

3. No Collection of Any User Data

3.1 No Personal Identifiable Information (PII) Collection

We never gather any personally identifiable data including but not limited to full name, contact details, location, device ID, serial number, IP address, browsing record or usage habit.

3.2 All Content Runs Locally

All learning resources, exercise records and temporary app configuration data are saved solely on the user’s local device, entirely inside user’s own hardware storage. None of these local data will be automatically uploaded to any external server, cloud database or third-party platform.

3.3 No Third-Party Data Tracking SDK

The App does not embed any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking or statistics SDKs that access or collect user information. No hidden background data collection processes exist in the program.

4. Local Storage Permission Explanation

If the App requests storage access permission on your Windows device:

This permission is only used to save your local app preferences and offline learning progress exclusively on your own device. All saved files stay locally and never leave your computer; we have no technical access to read or obtain these local files remotely. Users can delete all locally saved app data manually at any time via system file manager or app uninstallation.

5. Multilingual & Free Application Description

The App is provided completely free of charge for global users and supports multi-language internationalization switching for UI display. Language setting preferences are stored locally on your device only and will not be reported to developers or any external parties. We will not charge hidden fees or force users to provide personal information to unlock features.

6. No Data Sharing with Third Parties

Under no circumstances will we sell, rent, lease or transfer any user-related information to advertisers, business partners or other third-party organizations, as we collect zero user data in the first place.

7. Modification to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Policy when necessary. Updated policy text will be published via official distribution channel of the App. Continued use of the App after revision release constitutes your acceptance of updated policy terms.
